Glad to have the DR calling for some empirically backed evidence of sorts. In psychology speak un substantiated claims are referred to as "A man who" syndrome. Which in context, is that someone will always come up with "a man who" can get things cheaper or faster or better than what ever has just been had. But they never have actual proof.
