@johnYE, It is the figure ASX quoted in court when it was asking for the security for costs. ASX's high costs were questioned (they were > 2 times ISX's) and ASX council said it was because ASX had to use more solicitors in order to protect its "good name" since it was the centre of Australia's financial market.
