Let me also add that without these special dividends RND/TBR have returned 60cents in dividends to shareholders in the last two years, that's 29 cents more than the 31 cents NST has retuned to shareholders in its dividend paying history over the last 5 years.
If you think NST is good value at +5 times net assets then its there to be bought. Good luck with that. Esh
