    You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. If the drug doesn't fundamentally work then DEPing it won't help much.
    The best SPL can do here is capitalise on the publicity of its capability to to quickly (SPL? quick?) improve a drug by making it easier to administer to patients.
