Great announcement today. It will probably get priority to fast track to market. This could really help with the Covid situation until a vaccine is made which in reality would be a few years off even though big pharma are saying possibly end of this year. I think the shorters have taken the wrong side of the bet this time. 4% short outstanding on a float of 372M or approx just under 15M shares. 4.8M shares traded today so far and it's up 8%. The average daily turnover is much lower so if the price keeps appreciating the shorts will capitulate at some point and potentially blast the price up, getting very risky being on that side of the trade. Next round of US stimulus will be announced in the next week or two so that will steady the US markets, and they may retest highs again (depends on the stimulus package).

Could be a strong afternoon session for SPL. Short side will be contemplating their positions and wouldn't be wise to average up.
