There is very little market reaction simply because there is nothing for them to react to in that announcement IMO ... just more obfuscation ... I mean even the focus has moved from COVID-19 to RVS, which appears to be the star of the show now ? lol
Management were happy to shout from the roof tops that $8 million from the SPP was going to manufacturing of the COVID-19 nasal spray and even snatched another $1 million from the Australian Government for same - you have the money so then get on with it I say !

IMO it is simply the past performance of this management that fails to excite investors much at all anymore and until they deliver us the DEP Docetaxel phase 2 mono trial results that are well overdue I don't see the market opinion changing .... it is the main reason many of us invested in SPL in the first place after all !!
If the market liked this announcement as much as some of the pom pom wavers, the share price would reflect it - it simply doesn't.
