"Exporters of these raw materials will need to apply for 'special permission from the state' to ship them out the country, the statement said."

I dropped a few Germanium posts on here last year as I found the asset is super exciting. Desktop studies being done by management ATM if I recall correctly, I think there is just so much data it's going to take a little time to get through it all.
