Well, looks like it would have been a great acquisition! No wonder the team were so disappointed when it couldn't get completed after all the effort and money that went into the deal.

Considering we spend over $2m on this it's a bit frustrating seeing Mitsui complete the acquisition instead of us. Do have to wonder if they would even have looked at STATS if we didn't push for it initially. Considering our close relationship it's hard to imagine they would not have had some visibility of the deal considering how involved they were in our strategic planning:
Guess I'm hoping for too much wanting them to cover some of our costs or pay an introduction fee? Not like they can't afford it unlike SRJ that spend money they couldn't afford to.
