Surely it can't be a backbreaking job for Richard Li to get an auditor to testify that GCN's hefty holding of GoGreen shares makes GCN solvent - by many millions of dollars into the black.

So why has Richard Li let this loan repayment case drag on and on through the court?

Anybody might think the GoGreen shares were worthless. Heaven forbid.

So come on directors of GCN. Get last year's half yearly accounts audited, and thereby get GCN lifted from ASX suspension. That's the least you owe to your long-suffering share holders.
