I already thought the mcap at the time in my mind was fair for what they
had discovered in the shallow deposits of NI/CU/PGE with the prospect
of a major discovery at depth or even shallow in their tenements.
Plus i thought the metallurgical results from Canada would be positive for
mining these deposits.
When the Paterson project came up and the chance of another possible
Winu discovery it was a no brainer as they say for me and decided to pull
the trigger.
Now that Julian Hanna has come on board and is managing the show it
has only given me more confidence a major discovery could be on the cards.
When he left Sandfire Resources he could have gone anywhere he chose
SGQ there must have been something he really liked.
