We do now, they executed an agreement just this week.
The VC said they have a cancer and drug, but needed the platform. 12 month global search to SPL.
How could it start a few months ago? They would have said that in reply to 3 to 4 years questions. And more importantly the market was uninformed and SPL in breach of continuous disclosure rules. The announcement was price sensitive!!
The contrary view to success is it fails just as best in class AZD0446 did.
