I wouldn’t be surprised if Shyam Masrani has discovered a target and been working on it for some years but hit a road block that starpharma can likely solve. I reckon their hint at a 3 to 4 year time frame to proof of concept is accurate because of this. Most likely not starting from scratch at all as the negative ones are assuming. IMO
