You conveniently left out the fact that the investment is to be in staged tranches.

For all we know the initial tranche for early stage research could be as little as $1m with the balance to potentially tipped in over 15 years of development.

All I know is Starpharma have chosen to give away their IP in exchange for a minority equity stake in a new non-listed entity controlled by others, rather than demanding a cash up front licence fee.

That’s a fact.

Outmanoeuvred IMO.
