IMO as shown by "detail " or lack of detail of deal today if it is a success it will be a very smart VC that gets the cream and SPL holders will after lots of costs beyond their control get a IMO below average trail and that will probably be reinvested to hold % in VC startup and on the way SPL lab might get some lab work.
Lets be realistic and do a best case that in 5 years they have a positive result . have only used the cash as announced and then they have to sell it to big pharma, lic to big pharma or go it alone? The value up to that point for anyone looking from outside is basically zero ? Have a big think about IMO the coy response about keeping holders informed today and lack of detailed answers
ASIC and ASX should IMO hold their collective heads in shame for allowing such shallow announcements without real timelines, triggers and $ details.
