    Its just a gravy train and it goes on in most Companys.
    Shareholders everywhere need to wake up to unearned free handouts.
    Any Share handouts and Performance Rights need to be based on one thing,
    SALES and $$$$$ coming into the Company.
    It is not sufficient to just complete a trial or produce a product.
    It must have Commercial value to the Company in the form of Revenue.
    Unfortunately most shareholders seem oblivious to what is going on.
