I too received the email advertisement.
The company mentioned is Viraleze.co, not Starpharma and it is clearly targeted at markets where the product is registered. TGA would, in my view, be drawing a long bow to fine again, even though some of the emails are Australian. Note that an email address does not signify residence!
As the link to "Buy now" points to a Starpharma web site and a notice saying one cannot buy, TGA would be on shaky ground to do anything. If anything it might be a good thing if they did because the company could quite rightly kick up a stink over TGA interference in legitimate marketing overseas and raise TGA's appalling performance in the approval process with the Ombudsman.
