I have said a number of times that the company could get taken over for between $2.50 and $3.00 but I was laughed at previously .... the incompetency's of management over the last 12 months have certainly put that back into play again IMO ....

Viralytics (VLA) comes to mind ... share price was smashed down and then taken over on the cheap for $502 million by guess who - no other than Merck .... you know the company we just got into bed with in February this year and who has no doubt had a look under the hood now that JF & Co. rolled out the red carpet for them

While SPL's pipeline is larger than Viralytics was remember with big pharma it is all about expanding their pipelines and of course money - they will do anything to achieve their goals ... our only saving grace could be if AstraZeneca want it more than Merck, but do they given they have been around for 5+ years and progressed very little besides AZDo466 ?
