This so-called strategic review seems to me to contain mainly the sort of minor tactical changes of direction that would normally be taken while driving along. I haven't been able to identify much of genuinely strategic significance. I will need to see the actual text of the revised KPI's, if indeed they have been changed.

It contains too many repeated buzzwords for my liking, such as "going forwards", particularly as they seem to be going backwards.

My considered opinion:
