The upside is the company is facing into reality, the downside is that reality is about as bad as a lot of us guessed. I'm not thrilled about the HER2 early stage work, I would have liked to focus on something with more immediate revenue but maybe they have little confidence in any of the further developed drugs. Likewise the country centric approach to DEP feels like a repeat of the approach with VivaGel and ViralEze products, which has really just allowed a bunch of meaningless KPIs to be hit with accompanying celebratory but revenue bereft annoucements
