Excuse my stupid questions but i would like to know that if DEP formulation with the cancer drugs is successful, then how long do we hold the patent for the same, and at the end of the patent period, is there some royalty/compensation that the company receives ?? Appreciate your time and help. And also how long is the vivagel patent good for before it expires and generic companies can start making the same ??
