What a load of rubbish, few if any retail investors put their offers on in the last few moments of a CSPA. Only those whose primary interest in changing the price would do that, and they succeeded. Now why would anyone who held SPL want to depress the price?

How anyone who supposedly has knowledge of how the market works could put this down to legitimate buyers and sellers is quite beyond me.

As to the FDA it was an unpleasant surprise and unless one has the full story, which the company, for very legitimate reasons, would be unwilling to make public, one cannot call it a failure. It will get approved, on what basis and when is the question.
