    Your delusions are really too much. Even if they were to raise half in scrip -lets be super optimistic here and say 150M @ 10c would dilute your holding by 75% and half in debt at 8% interest (and that's super optimistic too given the risk), you're looking at almost 1M per month in interest alone, forget about principal.
