they aren’t BOA’s.that’s marketing talk.it’s proven because you’ve cancelled many.
REAL BOA’s are for company’s with plants that actually produce something.these are clearly no more than LOI’s (letters of intent) proven to be such by how easily they’re cancelled with no punitive / liquidated damages paid by either party.
