So Let me get this right...
Bought NH for 3.8M
12 months later selling it for 0.4M
Written off = 3.4M
But now the original seller of NH will not be issued the 1.8M of VMT shares. How is he being paid?
Begs the questions :
who are the buyers of NH?
Do they have any connection to previous owners of NH?
Do they have any connection to management team?
Why buy it in the first instance?
Why sell it for 10% of previous purchase price?
So it's no wonder the SP has dropped 15% with this lack of transparency.
Everything is probably above board and ethical but the point is, we don't know.
So Let me get this right... Bought NH for 3.8M 12 months later...
