"Essentially meeting on 12th Nov is asking to ratify shares already placed (ie the few 8c and 15c shares in Sept) and importantly issue of new 36,000,000 shares at 30c shares with 1 free 25c option for 3 shares (at 80% of 5 day moving SP price = propose 30c sp for new shares) - issued to sophisticated investors etc (not share holders)" es1957
