Now wWe are nothing without raising $90M based on an mc of $60M. All the funding providers know this. None of them will just give us the money because we re "such nice and deserving people". They will drive a hard bargain to get the best outcome for them. We have had competitive tension to choose one party. Now let's hope that ADN does not loose their nerve and hold out up to the walkway point for the best deal possible under the current scenario.
No doubt it will be painful - but the alternative (walk away, nothing) would be severely worse.
