Hello. It is hard to imagine Bell Potter and Canaccord Genuity would put their clients into a company valued at $50M at1.3 cents only for speculative HPA. The share price got a good pump with the HPA and the $5M i guess is mostly for the HPA because I guess the potential financiers for the kaolin strictly don't want the HPA as part of the financing deal. Raising $5M for HPA keeps everything nice & clean.
