    The issue price of 1.6 cents per Placement Share represents a 15.8% discount to the last ASX closing
    share price of 1.9 cents prior to the Placement.

    Why didnt it say afterwards
    and an additional 35% discount to the ASX price before we put out the investor presentation to drop it to 1.9cents
