In addition to the Placement, Mr Conrad Todd and Mr Mike Collins have each committed to subscribe for
$30,000 on the same terms as the Placement (Director Contribution). The Director Contribution is
subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting under ASX Listing Rule 10.11.
Mr Todd also intends to subscribe for his full entitlement in the Entitlement Offer.
