you are correct....they did not NEED to raise, but took the opportunity when offered cash....why wouldnt you?
the market has rubber stamped it.... i have no issue ...

they were running out of MONEY and their debt facility had to be paid off!

they next over hang on the stock is the convertible debt on balance sheet...

we are still CUM Raise!
