I think to say that it was initiated by others is of little merit.
If someone walked up to me and said did I want cash for a share of my house I would say no... I don’t need the cash and happy to keep ownership..
Company must have felt they needed cash and accepted offer..
in light of what is happening around the world with 2nd and 3rd waves of COVID-19, I would say some extra cash is no brainer on half reasonable terms.
Market has responded positively which is great..
