Interesting that only 37% of retail SHs took up the offer (I did, just FYI). Here is where the underwritten part is important irrespective of the shares are traded/ loaned by the underwriters. The capital this adds to the coffers at a pivotal point in the company’s journey and be able to move ahead with confidence with a war chest of $150Mn in the bank is very comforting to me as a SH.
