They can do whatever they like. Its an offer, not a contract or signed terms...it would purely be a reputation issue or a potential "bad look" if they've said "final offer" and then do something other than that. Regardless I'm not expecting a higher bid from them. They'll let the offer run its course and see how many seats on the board they get. In 3 or 6 months they may try again....or sell out to anyone interested in the project.
We have a Mineral Resource Est of nearly 3m ounces and a MC of $32m.
If you look at some of the valuations of others in West Africa...we still seem cheap. My opinion only.
