    It will only be embarrassing if the SP goes up materially once the bid runs out.

    If the SP goes down after the bid expires he can sit back and say I told you so.

    He is a calculated individual. There are huge head wins coming into the final calendar quarter of this year. The challenge will be has Sanjay done enough to mitigate this.
