Organise shareholders into a board spill. Renegotiate terms to remove all the unnecessary handouts to corrupt directors so that it attracts enough investors to raise the (paltry) few million required to get a listing.
They can extend the offer period as often as they like. If the deal was going to attract interest in its current form then you'd already be on the market.
