Change the consolidation ratio=attract current holders. This also means that there'll be a change in sentiment and retail holders will start talking about the company's prospects and they won't dump their shares. Knowing this, after wr start trading new investors won't wait for long to take a position.

Agree... remove a considerable consideration to existing directors and I reckon 1:20 is more reasonable. Combination of the 2 would attract existing ODN shareholders to fork out.
