The usual.
Police the innocent and allow the manipulators free reign and a pat on the back.
The ASX, ASIC, goverment, police, law courts etc all pursue the easy targets and let the others run free to rip the rest of us honest poor old taxpayers off as we so often see with share price manipulation that should be illegal.
