I am just saying to wait up until some smart guys come up with a genius idea. My average price is still around $2.xx ++ So why would I like this stock taking down?
I am just saying this could be a doom and gloom scenario, because that Michael Watchtel just turned around to accept the offer and Mutual Fund also say the same thing. Those guys probably cut a deal somewhere at the back.
So the only chance left according to the reject from Pact is 150 shareholders or a class action to go to court to fight against this proposal.
Other than that, even if Mutual Fund agree to it, it's only depending whether can he reach 75% for not, but a shame on Michael as a chairman of independent board to write like that to shareholder.
I am saying, we are at disadvantage because of this Michael and Mutual Fund here.
