I am just saying this could be a doom and gloom scenario, because that Michael Watchtel just turned around to accept the offer and Mutual Fund also say the same thing. Those guys probably cut a deal somewhere at the back.

So the only chance left according to the reject from Pact is 150 shareholders or a class action to go to court to fight against this proposal.

Other than that, even if Mutual Fund agree to it, it's only depending whether can he reach 75% for not, but a shame on Michael as a chairman of independent board to write like that to shareholder.

I am saying, we are at disadvantage because of this Michael and Mutual Fund here.

God bless us, but even I hold up to the last day, I will for the miracle.

Thanks Will, Just got of the phone to Carolyn, I told her I was disappoint and concerned about the lack of transparency. Doubt she will do much.
