It is my understanding that $15.5m has been provided from Thailand to satisfy all creditors which has avoided the liquidation of M8S assets.
Rodney Illingsworth has now resigned and Nintita Loetruangsuphakun is I think the replacement Director. The finance officer Vijay Joshi finished up on the 25th of August so there's only Tom Rudas left. I would like to thank Saithsiri Saksitthisereekul our major shareholder for his super effort to save the company from disaster/ liquidation when we were so close to opening Gin Gin and creating a much needed cash flow
It would be much appreciated if Saithsiri and Nintita could inform shareholders of there plan to open Gin Gin as soon as possible.
Shareholder support may be available to open Gin Gin but must be conditional on Mr. Rudas resignation.
