Hopefully not lessor than original if an agreement had been reached verbally.
If not wish all had been nutted out first, mind you just speculating in light of no facts.
Still my feeling is it will be a good deal or STL would pull out, growth and profitability are good but not at any cost or without mitigated or manageable risk.
