I dont know if magna can convert when cokal is in suspension
But if not. Maybe they did get signature for first anak sales. They went into suspension to wait for money to transfer in which they buy remainder of convertible note before Magna converts it all? Wishful thinking i know.
Or other possibilities for next week to save them doing another trading halt. BBM fincancing? PCI construction starting? MOU with Japanese company regarding forward sales of PCI in lieu of export license?
Trying to be hopeful rather than think management were gutless enough to lie to save face at AGM.
