And I thought this morning, this due release today would have been timed to perfection given that Dow put on 400 points, and good opportunity to exit on a rebound (when new punters enter without knowledge of the company's history). But that is not to be...suspension is requested or mandated by ASX.
You need to look back at all their announcements and determine if any of those made any traction or impact (material). The revenues they've got so far is seemingly more consulting based rather than a strong interest in Buddy Ohm. I also suggested you look at BUD's peers in ASX and see how they're all doing in the energy optimisation space. Its a crowded field globally and BUD has been late in the game. So if this acquisition is not core related, its an acknowledgement that the product has 'failed' to gain market traction and it was time to tweek the business model.
