We have had notification of 145 CP's being met and at least one loan being made available.
A few people are saying cap raise but it would be quite extraordinary if $260M is available and they have blown through the $29M contingency so soon.

As for the damaged plastic liner theory, an onsite photograph shows the poly weighted down by green sand bags. It is a plausible idea. We were told that 60Ha had been lined.

It will be interesting to see what the outcome is

Hypothetically I would say they have enough money left for 5 more months, but perhaps it would be easier to get a small amount now than if they ran out of money
