He also said such acquisitions rarely increase value for shareholders. What has been the outcome of the Society One takeover? Debt crisis, share price collapse, and loss of market confidence. Even if they pay off the 25m, what about the 50m further down the road? Why did MME take out a loan that they couldn’t repay?
