I am happy to wait and allow issues to be resolved. Holders should remember that under the ASX disclosure rules it is possible (and often necessary) for a Company to withhold disclosure if they are in confidential market sensitive negotiations. However once those negotiations are complete (or abandoned) ASX requires full disclosure.

A final note from me is that it appears that Dr James Warren, is a mover and shaker. His involvement with Tali Resources P/L which have tenements in West Arunta with a substantial magnetic anomaly possibly on trend with WA1's niobium discoveries and their JV earn-in with Rio, is strong evidence.

I don't give advice, of course, but a possible suggestion to OM1 holders is to just be patient and perhaps discuss the merits (or otherwise) of Dixie Gold.
