To date they havent lodged any notice re capital raising or administration so that is a positive
Here is the problem, "strategic inititatives" have nothing to do with lodging the accounts for the period 1/7/23 to 31/12/23. Zero, yet this is being used for some reason.
This all comes back to the inept management of Justin Miller, this guy needs to go. He has demonstrated that he doesnt understand the role of what a CEO is and the fiduciary responsibility that it carries. And where is the board in relation to this.
Nevertheless , all correspondence should be sent to the Chair Cheryl Edwardes ([email protected]), she is required to document and record all correspondence directed at the Board and management and make it available to the Board.

I have thought about writing to the Chair but remain hesitant as I would be defamatory of both the board and Miller. But relying on fact, this calamity of a company’s inability to deliver anything of value to shareholders would be evidence enough!

Amazing the Chair would accept the job in the first place given her good reputation in WA. Further the Board should have requested Mr Miller resignation some considerable time ago.

I’m guessing NUH is back into the lender of last resort territory, and even they can’t find any worth while assets. Realtek takes the IP. Administration and wind up IMHO
