I was saying that could be why they decided on a loan whereas at one stage they were saying they may be able to do the refurbishment of plant 1 with the cashflow from plant 2.
Maybe because payment was delayed they decided to cash up a little bit like they have.
Not really saying anything about the settlement.
I don't think management is the problem and they are genuine in my opinion.
