TALGA HAS PERMITS for the pilot plant, this is not a chicken or egg scenario, it's a fundamental project milestone which would have to be achieved regardless of any other factor.
Did you hear what Karl-Petter said a couple of weeks ago about Sweden opening new mines to support the transition to EV? It's happening, Beachy. Take a look in the Powerhouse thread, I'm shocked that you don't see what is happening before your very eyes.
