I wonder if a few narrow margin minded shorters are trying to push the price down to see if they can trigger some stops, I know all the materials taking a hit today but I think we are on the cusp of a court decision, I realise it could be longer but I am sure MT has used the options available to him to apply to the court to be heard forthwith now that the 4 months has passed. Also there a few new pieces of legislation in the US this week and the EU over the next 3 weeks, we have to be getting to a point where it is time to start gathering again.
